On the shell are a heavy duty nylon zipper, snaps that are coated with non-corrosive solid brass, there are large 2 way front Pockets w/side entry for hands, plus a bellowed sunglass pocket,

For extra wind protection, there is a fold away hood under the snap down collar. Hoods have military grade nylon draw cords. there are adjustable sleeve latches and a neck protecting throat latch.

On the inside has a  lightly sanded all cotton twill lining. there are pockets for your tablet, documents and phone.
